Within the micro-gravity department, participates to projects addressing the design of satellite antenna. Contributes to pre-design phases and data post-processing. Conducts physical tests of mechanical structures.


  • Evaluated the compatibility of and selected trim mechanisms for satellite antennas using piezoelectric actuators.
  • Designed a test bench for antenna deployment, validated through finite-element and thermal analyses.
  • Calculated high-duty bolted joints mounted on satellite shield according to the VDI2230 method.
  • Operated and reported about structural tests on the thermal shield of the Bepi Colombo orbiter.
